## Purpose
A person is a document like anything else, so ownership can be a LINK rather
than a name typed into a cell. The `Owner` column on a features table points
here, which means "what is Robin on?" is a query over the graph, and the
assign picker's choices are the documents in this directory — the roster
cannot drift from who is actually on the team.
